Language & Literacy
Whether during story-time, sharing circles or dramatic play children have opportunities to take on different roles, try new expressions, words and ways of working with others.
Art, Music & Movement
Children are encouraged to express themselves in dance, take ‘risks’ in creating art, and music which sparks their creativity, imagination and innovation.
Nature Connections
Hands on inquiry based learning deepens the connection between children and their natural world. We bring the outdoors in with nature tables and real life materials, plus daily walks and outdoor time.
Social-Emotional Well Being
Everyone belongs at All About Kids! We incorporate kindness, compassion and gratitude into our daily programs. Children learn how to acknowledge the kind and caring acts of their friends and teachers.
STEM Based Learning
Children are encouraged to follow their inquisitiveness and curiosity to explore and discover. Using science, math and technology together, in practical ways kids are able to understand and solve more complex concepts and projects.
Outdoor Active Play
Twice daily we head outdoors for fresh air and room to run and play. This time includes free-play and unstructured physical activity. Kids can choose from trikes, hoops, balls and sensory equipment. Staff encourage new skills like kicking or catching a ball.
Kids develop confidence while having fun with our play-based learning programs.

The staff maintain a positive and productive daycare environment. They praise children regularly and ensure children are participating. They always speak to children in a respectful and honest manner and state expectations for behaviour when necessary. The staff always greet children to the classroom in the morning and listen attentively to their stories and comments. They always assist children in achieving a positive and safe integration into cultural, educational, social and recreational activities.
